I got 3 bundles thinking it’s "100% human hair" tape-ins, but they arrived defective with tape, varying size tape tabs, it’s not the texture or body wave that’s advertised, and visible blue synthetic plastic threads woven inside. Bought these for an event and I didn’t have time or money to go out and get new hair before the event so I told my hair stylist to make them work. She color matched & installed them but they fell out less than 48hrs later. I thought I’d save money brining my own hair to the salon but it’s costing a fortune to fix them DO NOT ALTER THE HAIR. I stupidly tried to salvage them but it’s ineligible for refunds—even if the seller sent defective/counterfeit goods. Check your bundles immediately and send them straight back if they are defective. Do not trust this shop.
